Dealing with trolls, retards, douchebags and shitheads as a platoon

Next item, yesterday I lost a fi ght with an e75 due to a vk45 tier 8 jackoff that sat on my rear and jammed me in notballowing me to bavk up and reload while the vk45 hammered my bubble in the tortoise.
Also trolling our platoon members is becoming more frequent, not allowing you to go when the battle starts, Sir Apollo is one, also Audi GT is one. How do we deal with these fuckers?
I watched a faggot ass3d motherfucker intentionally push dman off the point in his t71 three weeks back in pearl river. I ran up full speednin my is6 and slammed his fucking ass over the side as well for doing that.
my question is, if a platoon member has a troll or retard fucking up our small platoon, how do we deal with it. I say we all come to the aid of the guy being fucked with.
